Terms of Service for Employers

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the platform ("Service") provided by LiteApply ("Service Provider") by subscribing employers ("Employer"). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
- The Service allows candidates to submit resumes, which are forwarded to the Employer's designated email address.
- The Service Provider may temporarily store candidate data only to ensure secure transmission and proper functioning of the Service.
2. Subscription and Payment
- Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis.
- Fees are billed in advance according to the selected subscription plan and are non-refundable.
- The Service Provider may adjust fees with prior notice.
3. Employer's Obligations
- Use candidate data solely for recruitment and hiring purposes.
- Comply with applicable data protection and employment laws.
- Keep candidate data confidential and secure.
- Do not resell, share, or misuse candidate data.
4. Data Protection
- Candidates provide explicit consent for their resumes to be shared with the Employer through the Service.
- The Service Provider acts only as an intermediary and does not control how the Employer processes candidate data once received.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- The Service Provider does not guarantee the number or quality of resumes received.
- Liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the Employer in the last 3 months.
6. Termination
- The Employer may cancel the subscription at any time.
- The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
